On one of the hottest and sunniest days of this year, we celebrated the wedding of Oliver and Dita at his parent’s farm.  They had chosen a Hand Fasting ceremony and the ribbon was made by Dita from her Mum’s collection of fabrics and symbolised so much to them both.  Oliver wrote a wonderful poem for his vows to his lovely bride and Dita moved us to tears with her vows:

I cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together, making mistakes and achieving great things in the process. You are my partner in crime, my confidante and the only one for me.

As I wrapped their hands together with the ribbon, in front of their friends and family:

May these hands build a relationship of love, caring, and devotion.  May they remain tender and gentle as they nurture each other.

Thank you, Dita and Oliver for these beautiful photographs of their glorious day.
