- Initial meeting with you at your chosen venue, another preferred location* or Skype/Zoom
- Creation of your unique checklist
- Telephone and email contact throughout
- First drafting and amendments of the ceremony
- Ceremony rehearsal at venue on the same day if required
- Delivery of ceremony
- Presentation of your own special ceremony script and certificate(s)
I require a £250 initial non-refundable payment within two weeks of booking to secure the date. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice, which is payable before the ceremony as agreed.
Naming Ceremonies

Funerals & Memorials / Celebration of Life
- My visit to see you, typically lasting up to two hours
- I then devote my attention to writing the ceremony
- This is emailed to you for any additions or corrections
- Delivery of ceremony
- After the service, you receive a copy of the ceremony in a presentation folder
- Further copies can be obtained for a small fee
Scattering of Ashes
- My visit to see you, typically lasting up to two hours
- I then devote my attention to writing the ceremony
- This is emailed to you for any additions or corrections
- Delivery of ceremony
- After the service, you receive a copy of the ceremony in a presentation folder
- Further copies can be obtained for a small fee
* £100 when booked with the funeral
Bespoke Funeral Wishes
- The fee includes two visits to see you, typically lasting up to two hours
- I then present you with your funeral wishes to give to your next of kin to keep until required
